Purpose and responsibility
ClinicalStudy.ru is NIAEM's platform for public medical research records. The protocol author supplies study information; NIAEM provides the platform and educational materials. Authorship of this guide and authorship of an individual protocol are separate roles. Publication does not mean that NIAEM confirms an intervention's efficacy or safety.
Publication and moderation
The current workflow lets an author save a draft and publish with the “Publish” button once required fields are complete. It has no separate mandatory step for prior expert moderation of a protocol. Educational articles have a separate author-access process; that process does not describe study registration.
A public protocol-review procedure, administrative withdrawal criteria and appeal process are not established here. Contact the operator about content or corrections. An entry is not peer review, ethics approval or regulatory authorization.
Costs and timing
The study creation and publication form has no payment step. This describes the present workflow and is not a commitment to free service indefinitely. Ask NIAEM about current prices and conditions for any additional services before ordering them.
This page publishes no guaranteed registration or operator response time. Rely on successful publication confirmation and the public page becoming available. Discuss urgent journal deadlines with the operator in advance.
History and corrections
After publication, subsequent changes are recorded as versions; the public page provides history and comparison. Verify the specific published revision when citing. Version history is not a promise of indefinite preservation: retention, withdrawal and record-transfer arrangements require clarification from the operator.
If recruitment has already begun
Prospective registration means registering before participant enrollment begins, as required by the applicable rules. If recruitment has started, enter the actual dates; late publication does not make registration prospective. A separate ClinicalStudy.ru policy for accepting and labeling retrospective entries is not established on this page — ask the operator.
ICMJE recommends registering a clinical trial no later than the first participant's consent to enrollment. The journal editor determines how a late registration affects consideration. Do not alter actual dates to appear to meet this requirement.
International status and journal requirements
As of 30 October 2026, ClinicalStudy.ru / NIAEM is not listed in WHO's published primary registry list. Linking WHO and ICMJE documents does not imply their recognition of this platform. ICMJE accepts registration in WHO primary registries or ClinicalTrials.gov; it recommends also registering in an approved registry when another registry has been used. Check the target journal's requirements before submitting a manuscript.
